Story - Content

The Perfect Paradise is a NSFW visual novel that takes a bit less than two hours to finish in its current state.

Throughout the game, depending on your decisions, Aiden gains either one point to calmness or one point to lust, which can decide what sort of scenes will be displayed later on in the story.

In the story, we were following the journey of Aiden (if a custom name isn’t chosen) during his third year as a law student at Vaulinhorn University. While living with his roommate Scarlett, landlady Juliette, and landlord. Before he passed away, leaving everyone mourning in their own way. He was the foundation for all of your life.

And Aiden has a certain condition; he sees and hears a twin of himself with red hair, named Red. To which Aiden chats with sometimes, but Red is basically Aiden's intrusive thoughts and ideas. Though he has learned to silence Red and get to peace and quiet. For a bit at least.

The story is about how Aiden holds a special place in saving the world by traveling through time and multiverses to save the future. The story itself is a bit confusing at the moment, because we have just begun the actual narrative. with the actual story.

And since the game is only about two hours more or less, it feels more just like a demo (which it can well be, as we got the key before release).

Visuals & Audio

Visuals

The visuals and all look good, the light and shadows moving along with the characters' bodies and limbs, shifting the lights' reflection and shadows' quick and deep placement.

However, the appearance of the clothing could be improved in terms of texture during certain scenes.

The intimate animations are, well, it all depends on the scene/scenario. Most intimate scenes are from a 3rd person view; for example, the animations look very buggy.

But for certain up-close animations (spoilers), like when our protagonist fondles the principal's breasts at school in her office (spoiler), the animations look so smooth and soft and almost have no collisions. It is so smooth that it almost looks realistic; to be honest, it might be the game's one best scene.

Though after the breast fondling and they start getting very intimate, the animation almost looks AI-generated, mainly because of how smooth it is and the principal's face.

Audio

The music is wonderful and has all different kinds of themed music depending on the situation and scene, and so far all themes of music have fit perfectly.

The intimate audio, for example, voices are very erotic and sweet but also soft to the ears. While the intimate sound effects truly just shred your ears, sounding broken and just not pleasant whatsoever.

So again, from what I've heard vocal audio very well done and difficult to hear that it plays on repeat. Whilst the sound effects should maybe keep the music playing at maybe a lower tone. Or add an option in settings to keep music during intimate scenes.

My Final Little Thoughts

The Perfect Paradise in its current version, the prerelease demo? It is quite short and has some issues here and there, some of which are minor and can be fixed. While the bigger ones maybe would be too much work to fix/perfect.

But it all leads to how much the game will cost once released and how long the game will be once fully released. But for now, I cannot recommend The Perfect Paradise.
