🎮Overview

Unturned, as you may have guessed, is a survival game with a wide range of gameplay options. It's a survival game like any other, but the simple crafting mechanisms and variety of servers for different playstyles make it a must-play for every gamer!

🎮Gameplay

When you join a server, you are thrown into a random location on the map. You start with nothing unless the server has plugins enabled. So, what should you do next? You visit the nearest location to get supplies but you’ll find somethings waiting for you there- ZOMBIES! In the game, you don't actually have a clear goal; you can do whatever you like. You can gather materials and construct a base, slaughter zombies for additional goodies such as weaponry, or raid other bases.

The game offers various servers for each playstyle. You can join a PvE server where killing other players is disabled if you merely want to hang out with other players and explore the map. You can always join a PvP server if you're a psycho who only wants to slaughter other people. Your main goal is to survive while exploring the map for supplies.

Crafting-

When you start slaying zombies, you’ll eventually need more storage to store loot. That’s the ideal time to make a base. The crafting is straightforward. You can collect basic materials such as wood, metal or brick, and craft them into floors, walls, etc. from the crafting menu. To obtain wooden logs, you can chop down trees with a chainsaw or an axe. Shredding additional loot gives you metal scraps which can be used to make metal items. But what good is having a variety of materials in the game? Metal is the toughest to break, whereas wood is comparatively easier to break. Therefore, harder-to-get materials just provide additional durability & strength to your structure. There's more to crafting than just buildings and floors; there's a vast range of things you can make. Generators, cage-lights, lockers, ornamental materials, display racks, and other items are included.

Skills-

Killing zombies, chopping trees, farming, fishing, and other activities earn you experience points, which you may use to level up your skills from the skill tree. For example, if you want to craft more complex objects, you’ll need to increase your Crafting skill. The quickest way to gain experience points is to chop down trees with a chainsaw.

Loot-

The game has a wide variety of loot. Let’s talk about the weaponry first. You’ll find all sorts of pistols, assault rifles, shotguns, snipers, and other heavy weaponry in the game. And, what's more, you may customize your weapon with a variety of attachments to improve accuracy or stability. You'll need to eat and drink to keep hydrated from time to time, so the game lets you farm your own food. Seeds can be collected, planted, and harvested after they are fully grown. But, because this procedure takes a long time, what if there was a quicker way? FISHING! You can capture fish and cook them for meals if you manage to obtain a fishing rod. (There’s a very slim chance that you’ll get a Squid while fishing, so if you manage to get one, you can always display it outside your base using a Metal Plaque to flex). Aside from this, there are numerous loot items in the game including clothing (certain clothing offers you more inventory space; Thief tops and bottoms are the best), eatables, and other basic craft supplies.

Maps-

There are several maps to play on in the game, each situated in a different geographical location with unique places. Because the maps are set in various terrains, there is a large selection of places to explore if you get bored. Washington and Russia are the two well-known maps in the game. The developers add new maps on a regular basis, so there's always something fresh to try. If you're new to the game, I recommend starting with Washington because it's a small map on which you can quickly learn the concepts. Playing on large maps, such as Russia, can only confuse you more.

Server Variation-

Unturned does not have private lobbies, therefore if you want to play the game, you'll have to join public servers. But believe me when I say that Unturned is even more enjoyable with more people! The gameplay differs from server to server, as some have plugins and workshops activated, which drastically alter the experience. If you are tired of your current server, you can simply switch to a new one. 📷 Graphics

Unturned appears to be both comical and lovely. You're making a massive mistake if you think the game isn't fun or isn't good based on the screenshots! Unturned's cartoonish but appealing aesthetics add to the game's appeal. Simply google "unturned zombies," and you'll see that the head is a square with two black dots and a nasty grin. The funny characters are amusing to look at and the varied scenery adds to the enjoyment of discovering new areas. The game can run easily on medium rigs without any performance issues.

Because the game might be confusing at times, you should go through the tutorial before joining a server. After that, only play on a PvE server without mods. If you play with friends, the game is more enjoyable; if you play it alone, you will eventually become bored. Once you've mastered the basics, join a PvP server and start killing!

Unturned - Permanent Gold Package - It is the only DLC for the game and it includes exclusive outfits, skins, and it unlocks the character customization options such as hair color, different faces, etc. It doesn't actually impact the gameplay, but if you want to help the developers, you can buy it.
