The Seven Realms: High Lathión

Moon Elves & Sun Elves

High Lathión: The Realm of Elves. Welcome back to the third released chapter of The Seven Realms.

In the third chapter, our group makes their way into the realm of elves to find a very exotic flower to save the life of Effie, Leyala and Kali’s mother. But as they enter, they noticed something else might be happening in the elven realm.

Read or try it out yourself to find out more.

Story

Chapter/Realm Three – High Lathión:

The third chapter begins with a recap of everything that has happened until now. From how it all started to important moments and finally to how it ended in the last game.

(Depending on if you’ve played the first and second game, you are now able to “Import Game,” which moves all your saved decisions onto Realm Three. But if you pick “New Game,” you can choose your name and need to manually pick from the options displayed of how it went out when you played the two other games first or how you would have wanted it to go.)

After the flashback for our players, the game begins with Atlas having a little surprise gift for his bond mates.

As for all that had happened, they’d have to move somewhere else, so they moved into a personalized, customized, secure home designed by Atlas, and from what he knew, his girls liked. Where only those they allowed could enter.

Naya got a personalized kitchen, Kali got her own Study/Library, while Leyala got her own room to relax and destress with a magnificent view of her very own garden.

We find our group of royalty later by the gateway to the realm of High Lathión, the realm of Elves. Looking for a super rare flower to save Effie’s life.

Shortly after entering the other realm, our group gets ambushed by mindless, zombie-like elves. They don’t think it’s the royal family; even if they have their grudge against Terran, they wouldn’t use their own people like that.

After arriving at the palace of the Sun Elves, we get a little information from Atlas.

“Sun Elves are stronger, faster and better fighters in general. They can also use weak magic during the day.”

“Moon Elves are stealthier, have high agility and deliver swift and deadly attacks. They can use strong magic that’s even stronger at night.”

When faced with the royal family, the king and queen of the elves question this sudden visit. Atlas, Leyala, Kali, and Naya are looking for this exotic flower to make a cure for Leyala and Kali’s mother, who everyone thought was dead but only faked her death.

This is only the peak of the whole mountain of a story, and I don’t want to spoil more than needed. Try out the game for yourself and experience the godlike visuals and depth in story and choice of words. If these games continue to be made as they have been up to now, I am extremely excited to see what Realm Four has to give.

Main Menu/Extras

The main menu has been improved by its layout and added features of “Background,” where the player can choose different background images to have displayed on the main menu.

Glossary

As the Glossary tab used to be in the main menu, it has now immensely been improved and also moved to within the game/story itself.

Now the player can look through the four available tabs: Characters, Species, Realms, and Terms.

  • Characters – In the characters tab, the player can view an info tab about that character and some lore information about that.

For most of the women, they will have different bars keeping count, like the relationship points, the number of lewd scenes, and, depending on the person, another point bar.

  • Species – The Species tab displays all the various species that are within these seven realms. There are Vampires, Werewolf, Human, Sprite, Witch, Demon, Elf, Merpeople, Dragon, Dwarf, Fairy, and Cross Breed. Each tab explains about said species.

  • Realms – The Realms tab displays nine tabs; first, the overall Realms is explained in the first tab. The seven after are each realm of the seven realms, and last there’s a tab about Space Between Realms.

  • Terms – The Terms tab contains information or explanations about each word, for example, Bond Mate, Linked Mate, Sire, Pet, Steward, and Magic.

Trophies

Trophies is more or less the same. It's where the player can view all their gained achievements, and by so doing, they can view around where they missed an achievement by taking another choice, either leading to another achievement or nothing at all.

The achievements are displayed like cards, facing their rear against the player. The unlocked achievements can be flipped around, showing the player an image and displaying the text of what achievement this is.

Gallery

In the third game, the gallery has been immensely improved, and from now on you can select one specific character and select which specific scenes they have. For example, doggy, missionary, kissing, or rubbing.

By only selecting a specific character, all the different scene topics will be shown, and if only selecting a specific scene topic, all of those kinds of scenes will be shown.

(If the player has unlocked all of them, that is, only unlocked scenes can be viewed).

Favorites – Music – Credits

The other three tabs are “Favorites,” which are images from certain scenes that the player has “hearted,” saved in Favorites, and can be seen again.

“Music” which contains the list of every single music there is within the game. And the unlocked music can be replayed from the lobby.

“Credits” is just the game credits, the developer, the animator, the music & sound people, and the usual information.

Realms & Chapters

Realm One – Two were two games but published in one; therefore, most things in the main menu looked the same. But after Realm Three’s release, we can see the massive improvement of the menu.

But the big difference between the two menus is that in Realm One – Two we could see all seven realms and look onto their galleries, their trophies, and so on. Of course, they were locked since they have not been released, and we have not unlocked anything for them.

But in Realm Three, everything is only about this Realm/Game. So, galleries and trophies are only High Lathión, which in a way is an improvement as it's a lot easier to keep track of where everything is.

(This might be good info for some readers but also might be just shit info overall, but I felt like it deserved to be brought up.)

Visual & Audio

Visuals

The visuals have been improved slightly since the massive improvement from Realm Two, but the look of everything still is breathtaking. All looks incredibly good, and intimate animations have been improved even more too.

And the developer even added a few non-NSFW scenes with sound of our group of friends interacting or into just casual scenes/moments.

Even if it lasts for one or two short scenes, it still makes the experience to move your way of looking at the game.

Audio

Sounds

For Realm Three the developers finally added NSFW audio; no longer will there just be beautiful background music. Now there will be music and lewd noises during intimate scenes.

Music

As for the information I've gotten, all seven potential coming games will be linked together. And as for now, they currently are not, and the whole reason I'm bringing this up is because.

Music – In the first two realms, they shared the same main menu and look, so for the music, you would unlock more with the deeper progress into the story. And for the Realm Two music, you’d have to finish Realm One and then progress with the second story.

But in Realm Three, since it's a game on its own, the menu is different, the layout of all is different, and all the songs from Realm One – Two are unlocked, which gives me the idea that you don’t have to have played One or Two to have these unlocked on the third game.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Story Depth – Length

  • Visuals, NSFW & non-NSFW animations

  • Music & NSFW-Audio

  • New displayed Menu

  • Glossary tab Improvement

  • Experience while playing

  • Capability to Import Saved Game from end of Realm Two

Cons

  • None as for what I've noticed

My Final Little Thoughts

The Seven Realms: High Lathión introduces Sun Elves and Moon Elves into this life-threatening story as they try to save Effie.

The visuals, main menu, audio, and lots more have somehow improved even more since Realm Two was released. Even if you are new to this series and want to start with Realm Three, it works so well with their recap at the beginning, telling the player everything that has happened in a shortened manner.

I highly recommend trying out Chapter Three if you enjoyed the other two chapters or if you just want to start on Chapter Three and go from here.
