Is This a Curse or a Blessing?

Have you ever been cheated on by your partner/ex? How did it feel? Hurt? Betrayed? Depressed? Or could it by any chance have felt intriguing? Exciting? Lustful? Did you get turned on by the thought and imagination of it?

In this visual novel our protagonist feels that way, so let’s see where these confusing emotions can lead.

Story - Content

Our protagonist is a casual, high-seated office worker that needs to work long shifts to get projects done and assist colleagues. Leaving little quality time left for his wife at home.

But deep within our protagonist is hiding something that was unlocked from its buried chest after his ex cheated on him during the time they were together. Causing our protagonist to discover the confusing truth of neither good nor bad. That he gets turned on by the thought of his partner with another man.

One evening after some wild and steaming fun (after ages since they last did), our protagonist comes forth and explains to his wife about his condition.

About his unlocked kink that isn’t able to be locked away, finding out his wife is okay with it. Finding it difficult to think and feel about it, she still accepts him for it.

The rest, you yourself, need to find out from the game itself, and I am guessing the name of the game gives a tiny hint of what will happen.

Visual & Audio

Visuals

For visuals, the art style is like their other games but lacks the same number of deeper details and number of different background scenes we get to see.

For example, it’s not that detailed by making it a plain background. Since this visual novel is cased in an apartment, we get to see the kitchen most of the time, which is a bit detailed with its art and filling objects. But we don’t get any other point of view of the kitchen, just the same old most of the time; the same goes for the hallway, living room, and bedroom scenes. (The only more detailed and differential view angles and positions are during intimate moments within the bedroom/in bed.)

And compared to their other games, which are cheaper than this one. Have more different scenes, angles, and positions in rooms, and overall, the more it feels.

Audio

The audio for anything is WAAAY too loud once you first start the game, and even at the lowest. Almost muting the audio, it's rather high but more doable and won't kill one’s eardrums.

Whilst when it comes to the erotic audio or the protagonist’s wife, who is voiced, it sounds incredible and catches all the emotions and reactions. It doesn't sound like something a computer made and is one of the major pros for the game, keeping it up.

My final little thoughts

Unfortunately, the game is not worth buying in my opinion, with its length & story & high price. I would only recommend buying this visual novel if you're interested and if it's on sale. Since the voice acting is mostly the only good part of it.
